What is Tachyon Protocol? What is IPX?

Tachyon Protocol (IPX) is a decentralized internet protocol launched by V SYSTEM and X-VPN. It enhances existing TCP/IP protocols with the help of blockchain technology, distributed technology is launched (such as PPPoIP, DHT and logo).
Tachyon introduced an initial token, called IPX, to provide an incentive for more participants to contribute to the active development of the Tachyon ecosystem. And that is to establish fair, transparent and efficient trading and awarding mechanisms.
